It's not long before the mice discover all is not well in the world of Chinese mice. The Imperial Mouse Emperor Fu-mouse-chu has been kidnapped by that notorious no-good rat, Notail Nogoodnik, who is impersonating the beloved Emperor. With the help of his henchmice: Nowhiskers, Noclothes and Nosleep, Notail is demanding a high tax from the impoverished mice. It's up to Emily and Alexander to reveal Notail's true identity, rescue the venerable Emperor Fu-mouse-chu and save all the mice of China. |

Rats are stealing the silk Kiko's father, Oda-san, must deliver to the Emperor. The next day, the Emperor is furious when there is no silk to make his daughter, Mitsumi, a kimono. Meanwhile, the mice set a trap for the pesky rats and in a wild free for all, mice and rats end up sliding and swirling ink all over one of the bolts of silk. As soon as he sees it, the emperor wants only the painted silk the mice have created. Kiko and Oda-san have no idea where it came from and it's up to the mice to recreate the swirling masterpiece. The next day Mitsumi has a beautiful kimono and Kiko and Mitsumi have found a new friend in each other. |

But some smart thinking, and help from other items being sold at the fair, Huckle and Lowly fulfill their promise and that night read Sally her favorite story. / P.J. Pig dreams of becoming a brave knight, so when Princess Lily is taken captive by a fierce dragon, he leads the royal guard to the dragon's lair. But the knights will only attack after they get some sleep - and how does one sleep in a suit of armour? P.J. comes up with the solution and Princess Lily is rescued. P.J.'s dream comes true, and he invents the first pajamas ever. / Mr. Gronkle's nephew, Vanderbuilt The Third, fails the try-outs for the soccer team. Vanderbuilt decides he needs fancy running shoes to get on the team, but Mr. Gronkle knows better. If Vanderbuilt wants new shoes, he'll have to work for them. Vanderbuilt helps Sprout out with his chores on the farm and realizes he doesn't need fancy running shoes... all he needed was a little exercise. |

But with some helpful advice from Hank, the market manager, Bananas Gorilla makes a list of how to be a perfect gentleman on the perfect date. And it’s a good thing he checks his list twice. / Michael Antelope is delighted when Padre Giovanni asks him to paint the Sistine Chapel. It will be his greatest masterpiece ever – if he can just keep the padre from touching it up and ruining his work at the end of each day. While watching some children try to catch a fluttering butterfly, Michael is really inspired – to paint his masterpiece on the ceiling, well out of the way of Padre Giovanni’s hands. / Denis has had better days. First, his team loses a soccer game because of him, then he flubs the spelling bee, and then he breaks the rope at the ol’ swimming hole. Denis doesn’t think he’s much good for anything, when his nose tells him there’s a fire somewhere in Busytown. He urges the firefighters to follow him, and when Bruno’s snack stand is saved, Denis’ day ends up pretty well indeed. |

The result is the strangest version of Cinderella ever staged, with Horace as Cinderella, Wimzie as the Fairy Godmother, Loulou as the Prince and Jonas as the Wicked Stepmother |

Other circumstances lead him to believe that he has a lucky button, to which he starts attributing his new found skill. The button -- and not his hard work practicing -- becomes the source of his confidence. When the button goes missing, Jonas loses confidence in himself and can't do anything right. Wimzie makes a counterfeit button and Jonas starts performing well again. But he learns something important when Wimzie tells him he's been making all his shots with a fake button: luck comes when you work at it. |
