Amy is convinced that her father is so in love with his latest contraption ì an automobile ì that he no longer has any use for her beloved horse, Nicholas. She doesn't have to hear the phrase "horseless carriage" twice before she sneaks away with Nicholas into the Australian outback. Soon, she faces the dangers of the wild land, including a pack of snarling dingoes. It's a race against time as her parents hurry to find Amy while our mice, assisted by a helpful dog, hurry along a secret short cut. With the help of "Uncle Arthur" a family friend who is a master at throwing the boomerang, Amy is saved and reunited with her parents. Her father assures her he would never get rid of Nicholas. Automobiles may be the latest thing, but no one can run a farm without a horse.

(Germany) Count Zeppelin is about to launch his new Zeppelin airship skyward and Emily and Alexander are along for the ride. Visiting their cousin Fritz and his friend Leni, Zeppelin's granddaughter, our mice learn how this fascinating invention works. But there's more going on here than just a lovely flight in a magnificent aircraft. The mice see Zsolt, Zeppelin's right hand man, stealing the design plans for the Zeppelin and planting a bomb set to blow the Zeppelin out of the sky. In a race against time, Leni and the mice dismantle the bomb and fly the Zeppelin to safety in the middle of a lightning storm. As the mice parachute to safety, the Zeppelin explodes, but the Count is not concerned: he has lots of ideas for even greater inventions.

At first Huckle thinks it’s silly, but when he realizes how lonely Sally was while they were gone, he and Lowly play along with her game. And they get so wrapped up playing with Peter, that Sally has to remind them Peter’s not real. / Little Bernard wants to help his BIG brother Bjorn with the chores, but he’s just too little to keep up. But when Bjorn gets stuck in an avalanche, it’s up to his little brother to rescue him, only he’s so little, he can’t make it through the deep snow. B uses his head to find a way through the snow, and he invents the first skis. While he may be small, Bernard has some big brains. / There’s going to be a big public speaking contest for the kids in Busytown, and everyone wants to win – everyone except for Denis. It’s his mother who wants him to win. It’s practice, practice, practice, but Denis is sure he’s going to be a disaster, so he pretends to be sick. His mother feels bad for pushing him so hard, and Denis finds the courage to go on. He doesn’t win, but has fun giving it his best shot.
11:30a-12:00n	Busy World of Richard Scarry, The (E/I) (E/I-5-7) - Children [44] -End of the Rainbow, A Signal for Peng, Mr. Frumble's Birthday Party The kindergarten class loves the story about a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. So, when Sally, Bridget, and Robbie see a rainbow, they set out to find their own pot of gold. One end of the rainbow ends in the park, but all they find are some broken old toys. But at the other end, with Mr. Fixit and Sergeant Murphy'’ help, the kids find a real treasure: all the old toys fixed up, good as new. / Peng’s wife, Mei, is about to have a baby when Peng gets a job at the Great Wall of China. His son, Pau Loo, promises to send his father a signal when the baby is born. But on the big day, his signal breaks and Pau Loo has to think of something and fast. With the help of an old magician, Paul Loo finds the perfect signal – fireworks. And from that day on, fireworks have always been used in celebrations. / When Mr. Frumble sees a pile of unmailed invitations on his kitchen table, he remembers it’s his birthday and he’s throwing himself a birthday party. One disaster leads to another, and no one in town knows it’s his birthday. Huckle and Lowly find out, and they hurry to put everything right so Mr. Frumble has the best birthday party ever.
12:00n-12:30p	Wimzie's House (E/I) (E/I-5-7) - Children [17] -To Tell the Truth When is it okay to tell a little lie? Ever? Wimzie blames Bo for spilling something she was told not to lift. Feeling badly about it, Wimzie confesses to Yaya, who tells her about the value of truth-telling. Later, Yaya fibs to a talkative phone friend in order to get ten minutes rest. Wimzie catches her in this lie. Truth-telling spreads and Rousso admits to Graziella that he really doesn't like her meatloaf, but never told her because he didn't want to hurt her feelings. Then, when Wimzie is the only one invited to a birthday party, she doesn't want to tell the others for fear of hurting their feelings. She calls back her friend and declines the invitation but the others get their own the next day and intend to go. A well-intentioned lie has gotten Wimzie into a mess... How will she get out of it?

Jonas has been told by a cousin that he's a rotten singer and dancer. This doesn't stop him from having fun play-acting with his friends, but doing it in front of strangers frightens him. He feigns a sore tonsil and twisted toe to get out of the performance. Wimzie and Yaya help him overcome his performance anxiety and by show time, they can't get the little ham off the stage.
